Here at Brookside Lacrosse, we’re not just about coaching—we’re about building something that lasts. We’re here to meet your child exactly where they are, guiding them with care, laying down a solid foundation that’ll support them for the rest of their lives.
Our mission is simple but powerful. Whether they’re just starting out or stepping up to the next level, we’re all about inspiring our players to be their best selves. We teach them the value of hard work, the thrill of pushing their limits, and the joy of being a great teammate. This is about more than just the game—it’s about fueling their passion, igniting their potential, and watching them grow into someone who truly shines.
For our youngest, those in kindergarten through 4th grade, we’re focusing on the fundamentals. But it’s more than that—we’re making it fun, sparking a love for the sport that’ll keep them coming back, eager to be part of this team. We create a space where they can learn, where they can grow, and where they can feel that they belong to something special.
As they move into middle school, we raise the bar. The expectations grow, but so does our support. We help them understand what it means to be committed—committed to themselves, their teammates, and this program. We’re getting them ready for the faster pace, the tougher challenges, and the advanced skills they’ll need as they step into the next phase.
And when they reach high school, that’s when the pride really sets in. We get to see them take that next step in their journey, knowing deep down that wherever life takes them, they’ll always be part of the Brookside family. This isn’t just about today, or even tomorrow—it’s about building something that will last a lifetime.

WHERE OUR PLAYERS ARE FROM
Our players come from neighborhoods and schools all across Brookside and the greater Kansas City area. Part of this experience is meeting new players from other schools and building friendships that last well beyond the season. All programs and regions are important to us!
FROM BADGERS TO HIGH SCHOOL LACROSSE
Brookside players go on to compete for high school programs all across the Kansas City metro.
Brookside Lacrosse is open to boys and girls in kindergarten through 8th grade.

Our players go on to compete for high school programs across the Kansas City metro.

Brookside competes in the following local leagues during the Spring season: LAKC (boys) & KCMGLA (girls).

Brookside Lacrosse is a nonprofit 501(c)3 organization.
The purpose of this corporation is:

To support the positive growth of the youth in the communities served by the organization

Develop the sport of lacrosse in the Midwest

To create opportunities for youth to be introduced to, engaged in and excel at the sport of lacrosse

Enrich the lives of to those touched by the organization through its deeds and actions

As a nonprofit 501(c)3 organization, Brookside Lacrosse operates under a set of bylaws and governed by a Parent Board and ran by an Administrator.

The Parent Board oversees the organization's efforts of encouraging positive change in the lives of youth lacrosse players and supporting the growth of the sport in Brookside.
